WeSport, the sports social app went live for Android in March. With tons of great sport features to choose from, the app tends to become one of the best social apps for sports and sport activities. There are a lot of improvements coming with the new update.
WeSport will not only help users to discover the best sport playing areas near their location, but users can add details about the games/sport/match to be played, invite their friends or likeminded people based on their profile, chat with them and organize games.
Now users can also find nearby users and invite them to games based on their interests about certain sports. Users can also ask other users to invite them and join certain games in a nearby area. For every game users can create a game talk room to discuss about the game between the players. Users also receive push notifications for individual chat, game room chat and game invites.
“We are passionate sports lovers and we personally love volleyball and soccer. We simply wanted to create a sport social app that will enable users to connect, discuss and organize games”, stated Mahesh Narasimhan lead developer of WeSport.
The app has additional useful features that will be of great help for users to enjoy the sports they love. With few simple taps, users can get direction to each nearby park in any location, view all nearby users in the map and chat with them.
“We worked over 2 months on WeSport as we wanted the development to be detailed, then we worked for another month for this major update after receiving feedback from lot of near-by users. We believe we have a good social sports app, but as always there is room for improvement.
