Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro: Radically New Design!

The Google Pixel series was not as popular as initially expected. But after LG completely left the smartphone market, it seems that Google plans to completely change its line of smartphones with the Pixel 6.

First, it will return to the old strategy with the introduction of two models - Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro.

The previous Pixel smartphones had a rather dull design, but the renders for the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro show that these models will get a changed look. First, the rear cameras are housed in a new camera system. The Pixel 6 has two cameras - main and ultra-wide, along with an LED flash.

The Pro model will also have a third camera, most likely for portraits.

Instead of a two-tone design, Google opted for a three-color design with these models. The pictures show orange, black and white. They will probably be available in other colors as well.

Of course, the company will also introduce improvements to the interior of the devices, but for now these features are not known.

Google brings the Gboard Keyboard App to Wear OS Smartwatches

Wear OS is not very good, but Google still supports its operating system for devices that come with new features and enhancements. After delivering a major update earlier this year, Google now brings one of the most popular Android keyboard apps to Wear OS.

Gboard is now available for all Wear OS-powered smartwatches, Google confirmed today. The new application should make it easier for smartwatch users to write their messages or search for new applications.

For those who have not used Gboard before, it is worth noting that this keyboard application supports multiple input modes. For example, you can use the traditional QWERTY keyboard layout, as well as gesture input and voice input for hands-free access.

Google's keyboard app also has enhanced suggestions and corrections, meaning that moving word suggestions offer more options when the user is actively sending messages.

Finally, Gboard comes with multilingual support, so you can switch between keyboard languages directly from the app. To change the language, simply tap the shortcut at the bottom of the screen. Note that Gboard only supports languages that are already supported by Wear OS.

Android 12 will Introduce a slightly changed Notification Card Design

Just like almost every version of Android, there are some changes to the notifications, even if it is only a small improvement and not full functionality. What about the latest Android 12 DP3 update.

Redesigning notification cards is not large because it only shifts the number of notifications for stacked cards. For example, in Android 11, if you have more than one notification from a particular application, a notification number will appear in the lower right corner of the stacked cards. Since Android 12 moves the counter next to the expansion arrow in the upper right corner. The badge is marked even in the appropriate color of the application icon.

This change not only improves visibility but also saves space for viewing text on the card. But, as usually - the case with the reviews from the developers, everything can be changed so that the current design of Android may not end the same after the official release of Android 12 in a few months.

Samsung has released Android 11 on two budget Galaxy phones

Samsung fans are probably excited to see that their favorite brand is doing a great job with Android updates. Of course, there is always room for improvement, but overall, Samsung has managed to keep up with the latest Android updates, no doubt about it.

Whether it's One UI 3.1 or Android 11, not a week goes by that Samsung does not provide one of the two pieces of software on some of its Galaxy devices. After delivering One UI 3.1 to a bunch of Galaxy phones and tablets last week, Samsung is starting the week in full force.

Two affordable Galaxy smartphones now have the right to update to Android 11: Galaxy A12 and Galaxy A02. While still unclear, SamMobile reports that both updates should include One UI 3.1, which makes perfect sense given Samsung's recent Android 11 update guide.

The only difference between the two Android 11 upgrades is that the Galaxy A12 gets the latest security update in May, while the Galaxy A02s update comes with the previous April security version.

Currently, both Android 11 updates have been spotted in Russia, so it may take some time for Samsung to make it available in other countries. However, if you use either of the two Galaxy phones, it's a good idea to check if the update is available for download.
